About

Knowledge, made reachable.

Built by students of knowledge. Endorsed by scholars. Powered by community.

Our mission

To put authentic, classical Islamic knowledge within reach of every Muslim, structured so clearly and broken down so small that learning your deen becomes a daily habit instead of a someday plan.

Why we built Irshad

Most of us want to study our religion properly. We download the PDFs, save the lecture playlists, promise ourselves we'll get to them. Then life moves on and the knowledge stays on the shelf. The problem was never sincerity. It was the format: too long, too unstructured, too easy to put off.

Irshad turns the classical curriculum into something you can actually finish. Every topic is a real course, broken into modules and short lessons of five to seven slides and five questions. Ten minutes on the train, ten minutes before bed, and a streak that keeps you coming back. A clear path from where you are to actually knowing your deen.

What we believe

Authenticity over shortcuts. Every course is built straight from a named classical text: Mukhtasar al-Quduri, the Aqeedah of al-Tahawi, and the like. No watered-down summaries, no anonymous content.

Scholarship is non-negotiable. Lessons are written by students of knowledge and reviewed by qualified scholars in that field before they ship. Sources are named in the app on every course page, and we treat every correction seriously.

Accessible, not diluted. Courses assume zero background and translate each Arabic term the first time it appears, then build up to module quizzes, midterms, and a final at the end of every course. Same authentic sources, made approachable.

How a course is made

We start with a single, named classical text and map it into a structured curriculum. Students of knowledge draft the lessons, questions, and daily challenges. Qualified scholars review the content for accuracy. Only then does it reach you, with its sources listed openly so you can always check the chain back to the original work.

Powered by community

Irshad grows with the people who use it. The catalog is shaped by learner feedback, requests for new topics, and corrections from a community that cares about getting it right. Spotted something off in a lesson? Tell us at support@irshad.app and a scholar will review it.
