Common questions
I didn't get the verification email
Check your spam / junk folder for a message from noreply@irshad.app. If it isn't there after a few minutes, use "Resend email" on the verification screen. Still nothing? Email us and we will verify you manually.
I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We will email a reset link to the address on your account. The link expires in 30 minutes.
My progress isn't syncing
Progress syncs whenever you are online and signed in. If a lesson shows incomplete after you finished it, pull down to refresh the course screen, or sign out and back in. Still broken? Email us with your account email and the course name.
I want to cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they must be cancelled in the store:
- iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Irshad → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Irshad → Cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or visit /delete-account. Your account is blocked from sign-in immediately and permanently purged 30 days later. You can email us to restore it during that window.
I think a lesson has an error
Please tell us — we want to fix it. Email support@irshad.app with the course name, lesson number, and a quick note on what you think is wrong. Every scholarly correction is reviewed.
Which device versions do you support?
- iOS 15 and later.
- Android 8.0 (Oreo) and later.
I have a feature request
We want to hear it. Email support@irshad.app with "Feature request" in the subject.
